Clear limits for an observability tool.
Conseqa reports evidence and contract evaluations. It does not execute provider actions, guarantee business outcomes or replace the external system of record.

Conseqa is operated by Devraj Jhala in India. For support, privacy requests, or security reports, contact jhaladevrajsinh11@gmail.com. These notices describe the current early-access service. They do not claim an independent legal review, regulatory certification, or a negotiated enterprise agreement.
Service boundary
The SDK and runner are licensed under Apache-2.0. Hosted features may include trace storage, environments, coverage, contract registry metadata, issues, alerts, retention and audit exports. The hosted service is early access: no uptime SLA, regulated-data service, automatic billing, or paid enterprise agreement is included. Any paid pilot, support arrangement, or additional guarantee requires a separate agreement with Devraj Jhala.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for lawful instrumentation, secret management, read-only verifier access, contract correctness, provider authorization and reviewing unknown or failed outcomes. Automatic retries and remediation are outside v1.
No proof-of-completion claim
A verified outcome means the configured contract checks passed against observed evidence at recorded times. Audit exports are not cryptographically signed receipts, bank-settlement confirmation or a guarantee that a later reversal cannot occur.
Permitted use and support
Use only systems you are authorized to instrument. Do not bypass access controls, access another workspace, submit secrets or unlawful data, or deliberately overload the service. You retain ownership of your data and grant the limited permission needed to store and process it for the configured service. We may restrict access to address abuse or security risks; contact jhaladevrajsinh11@gmail.com for assistance or export and closure requests. Keep independent records of business-critical actions: this early-access service is not a replacement for your own backups or external system of record.
